Q. When is the best time to attend the Bumps Couples workshop?
A. Anytime after 30 weeks so it stays fresh in your mind. Notes will be given but better staying closer to your due date.
Q. What happens if I book and my baby turns up early?
A. Where possible try to give us as much notice as possible. Babies can sometimes turn up early and we can’t help that.
All preemie baby arrivals will be refunded. Please be aware that workshops can be full with waiting lists so please let us know as soon as you can by text 07725408011Q. Can I do both the weekly Bumps class and the couples class?
A. Yes, A lot of mums enjoy their weekly time to themselves but like to bring their birth partners along to the couples workshop to help them work together as a team when labour starts and it helps them to understand how they can best help and support you and each other during that time.
Q. What do I wear to classes?
A. In couples workshop we sit on chairs rather than mats but we do a section for optimal foetal positioning and massage techniques based on mats on the floor, so comfy clothes are preferable, most mums wear leggings or something stretchy.
Q. Can I bring my exercise ball to sit on?
A. Yes, not a problem at all
