  • The family first aid work shop is a must for all parents. The practical section of the workshop is excellent and has given me the confidence to deal with any emergencies that happen in my home.

  • The first aid workshop has made me feel more confident as a new mum, especially with weaning, where like many mums I’ve worried about choking. The practical practices were particularly helpful. There were so many helpful things covered in the class for overall first aid knowledge and preparedness.

  • Getting to practise cpr was really helpful. The instructor was fab, and she really encouraged us to ask questions. I would defo recommend we learned so much.
