The workshop is one hour long and priced at £5 per person. All profits go to Bear Necessities local Charity ensuring that no child goes without.

Best attended in pregnancy from 30 weeks onwards.

Please ensure you have comfortable clothing on..

The workshop is roughly one hour long from 6-7pm but can run over.

Angela also runs a postnatal infant feeding support group every Monday within term time in Bear Necessities venue on Saline Street, Airdrie, ML6 9BE from 1.pm till 2.30pm.
